I grew up in Campbelltown; my family links to Wiradjuri Tubba-Gah. I joined the Navy after school in 2020 as a gap year to see if this is what I’m looking for. I ended up choosing a job within the Navy and was posted to HMAS Choules shortly after training. I have participated in two operations: Operation COVID-19 Assist in 2021 and Operation Flood Assist in 2022. I am now working at Port Services East, where I am learning about all sorts of things, such as craning, machinery and wharf assistance.
